This is my antique French marionette. She is in sad shape. One of her legs has been amputated & the other one is about to go. I'd love to be able to fix her. Her limbs are wood & her body & head are some type of plaster. It looks like her leg joints are attached by some type of leather & metal pushed into the legs. Her arms & head are on string but loose. She's kind of spooky looking but I love her just the same.
Is there a marionette doctor out there?

I googled the name Catherine J. (or I) Gillender who made the dress & found a few that were born in the early to late 1800's, mostly in England.
